Homemade Ham Fried Rice

He has tried many different ways to make it but this is by far the VERY best Homemade Ham Fried Rice! It is so delicious we all want seconds!
One great thing about making it at home is it is SO much HEALTHIER! We use hardly any oil and we mix brown rice into the recipe for some extra nutrients!

Valentine’s Day Scavenger Hunt for Kids

I Love Valentine’s Day because it is the day I get to do something for my kiddos NOT Santa or the Easter bunny but ME! I get the credit for the fun I create on Valentine’s Day, so I like to take advantage of that and make it EXTRA fun for them!
My husband and I started this scavenger hunt for the kiddos right when my daughter was learning to read, we thought it was a fun way to practice reading and find your Valentine surprise! Now, about 6 years later, it is a tradition and the kids ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!
Plus, my husband and I love it too, especially now they are getting older, our clues are getting harder, which is fun to watch they run around the whole house looking for the balloons.
We LOVE this Tradition and I know your kiddos will love it too!
BONUS: All you need is a few balloons, a marker and a special treat at the end of the hunt! So Simple yet so FUN!
ENJOY!
