I am always looking for ways to get more protein into my kiddo that is so picky! I have to be tricky! But there are a few things he loves and one is Peanut butter and the other is Chocolate. This smoothie is the best way I can ensure that my kiddo is getting more protein into his diet to stay strong and healthy!

Delicious and super easy Protein Smoothie for everyone!
Serves: 1
  • 1 5.3 oz container Dannon Oikos Vanilla Greek yogurt (packed with 15g protein)
  • 1 small scoop All natural Peanut Butter
  • 5 oz. Skim milk (or whole if you need to add some calories)
  • ⅛ tsp. ground flax seed
  • 1 banana
  • drizzle of Chocolate syrup (in the smoothie and on top when done)
  • handful of ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients into your blender, I LOVE my Blendtec, it makes the best smoothies.
  2. Blend until smooth, place into a cup, drizzle chocolate syrup on top!
  3. Serve and Enjoy!!
