Skinny Irish Coffee

Okay you know me and Coffee, we have a great relationship! I love it so much I really don’t go a day without it, and seriously WHY? would I, really! So, for my celebration on St. Patrick’s Day, I am of course going to enjoy some Irish Coffee! I decided I wanted to make it on the skinner side of things so I could really enjoy it and not feel guilty about the calories!

Skinny Irish Coffee so delicious and perfect for St. Patrick's Day

  • 1½ c black coffee, I prefer Starbucks dark roast
  • 1 shot Irish whiskey
  • ½ tsp. butter
  • 1 shot skim milk
  • sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon
  • dash of pure vanilla
  • 1 tsp. stevia
  1. Start with your hot coffee and whiskey in your coffee mug.
  2. In a small microwaveable cup (that has a lid), place milk and butter, microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Then add into the small cup a sprinkle of nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and stevia, place lid on the cup and SHAKE well.
  4. Pour milk mixture into the coffee and whiskey, stir well! ENJOY!
