Crockpot Chicken Philly Sandwiches

You know me and how much I LOVE my Crockpot. So, really anything I can make in it, is a dream come true. I am so excited to share these super delicious Crockpot Chicken Philly Sandwiches.
I found a recipe a few years back and I like them but I wanted to  figure out how to add a few twist to them and my husband did just that and now I LOVE them.
Oh man, they are so full of flavor and the sandwich just melts in your mouth, it is that good!! I hope you and your family enjoy them as much as we did!!

Grilled Carne Asada Tacos

So, my husband is becoming quite the Mexican food connoisseur and LOVES Grilled Carne Asada Tacos. So he is really EXCITED that he created and made his own Carne Asada marinade!
I wasn’t sure I even liked Carne Asada until we ate these tacos for dinner and I was in LOVE!! The flavor was unbelievable and so yummy. I am a big fan of Mexican food but I am more a chicken fan but NOW I think I am a Carne Asada fan. 🙂

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

I LOVE Mushrooms! They are probably one of my favorite foods. I lOVE them grilled, on pizza, in sandwiches, plain, in spaghetti, stuffed, saute, and the list can go on and on. But I will stop there, haha. I think you get the point!

Pineapple Green Smoothie

I am serious! I am going to start eating right and taking care of MYSELF again! It is time! I have been soo overwhelmed lately that time for me has been nonexistent but that is no longer able to happen! I really struggle when I am not working out and eating right, it is hard on my psyche!! One Pan Chicken and Rice Skillet

Can I just tell all of you how much I LOVE my amazing husband!! He seriously is so creative and can whip a dinner with a few ingredients (like this One Pan Chicken and Rice Skillet)!! AMAZING I tell you! For me, I am not quite like that so this is definitely a team effort when it comes to my recipes I share!!
I LOVE that he is so willing to help! Plus we get to spend some fun and crazy times together creating and making all these recipes!

St. Patrick’s Day Treat Cups

I have been doing these Fun St. Patrick’s Day Treat Cups for a few years now! They are just a cute treat to give your friends, family, neighbors, or co-workers to brighten up their day on a Fun holiday.
I don’t  do a lot for St. Patrick’s Day but I do like to do something small and this Treat Cup has been a big success in the past!
I have also tried a few other cute ideas like green milk with Lucky Charms for breakfast for my kiddos, making cute shamrock crafts with the kids but I like these treat cup the best because they are GREAT for everyone, plus they are delicious to eat 🙂 .

Homemade Ham Fried Rice

In our house we are BIG fans of Chinese food and we ALL love Ham Fried Rice, even the picky one :), so my husband knew he had to learn how to make Homemade Ham Fried Rice! He has tried many different ways to make it but this is by far the VERY best Homemade Ham Fried Rice! It is so delicious we all want seconds!
One great thing about making it at home is it is SO much HEALTHIER! We use hardly any oil and we mix brown rice into the recipe for some extra nutrients!

Green Fluff

Okay so I can’t remember if it was my mom or my grandma that use to make this Green Fluff recipe but all I know it is something that brings back so many good memories, plus I LOVE this stuff!! It seems like a really weird combination of stuff and when I first told my daughter about Green Fluff and the ingredients, she was like really??

Grilled Steak Stuffed Quesadilla

We are always looking for new and different lunch and dinner idea (like most people I am sure, right?) And I LOVE that my husband likes to take what we have in the fridge and just create new things, which normally turn out AMAZING (I seriously don’t understand how he does it but believe me, I am not complaining)!
Well, this recipe is one of those AMAZING what is left in the fridge recipes that I have to share, Grilled Steak Stuffed Quesadilla! This was such a yummy lunch it would just be a shame not to share it will everyone! 🙂
So, here is a super easy quick dinner that you can make for lunch too! You do have to have a few ingredients ahead of time ( leftover grilled steak) but you could just grill up some steak too!
